Author Topic: Cool i've started to websitedesign  (Read 5328 times)

Yesterday I  started to try out web design and got hooked. I haven't put it on the web yet, but I am very slowly working and learning at the same time. Also: I'm not using a WYSIWYG program, I'm using text edit(macintosh notepad)

I plan on putting flashgames, YouTube videos and cool stuff on it. I wouldn't expect forums or any useful stuff on it, due to 2 days of experience does not make you Jesus.

You guys have any <HTML> expirence?

Be sure to used Tables to take your site look good.
And learn all the tags and what they do and what attributes they're capable of before using a program like Dreamweaver.

Pretty much all tags end and some don't like <br> which is a line break, which is quite useful to use so your page doesn't stretch. <hr>'s are good for dividing things, attributes allow you to customize things such as <hr width="75%" color="#FFFFFF"> etc.

W3schools has great tutorials for HTML.
