Author Topic: Blockland key deactivated  (Read 7002 times)

ok i know i made a topic before but I'm making sure all the qoutes and anything i want in the first post is here so here it goes

my key was deactivated for using it on more then one ISP
i would like a refund or a new key (if i get a refund i will most likely just buy it)

You posted on the forums about how you had shared your key with your friends.  Master server data backs this up showing at least 3 different ISPs using the key back and forth.  You can't do that, ok?  Common sense.

I will give you a new key if you promise not to give it to anyone else.

there badspot said i could get a new key

kay i promise

i know that docent sound like a promise but how else can i promise over the internet

i have sent him 2 PMs asking about it and he has not replayed

he has not replayed

Maybe you have to rewind first.  :cookieMonster:

On a serious note, I'm going to guess you're not getting a new key if it's been this long.

Remember what I said about pie man on your previous topic.
DON'T ASK PEOPLE FOR THEIR KEYS.

E-mail him with a really nice letter asking for a new key and an email address to send it to. Also say that you're sorry and won'y share keys again.

God damnit no edit button.

Anyways, fixed in quote.

For goodness sake, this is a letter to Badspot, not to your uncle.

Get some good spelling and grammar in there, and make it sound a little more formal. Not to totally write your letter for you, but here's where I would start if I were doing this. (Please try to use all of your will power to not copy-paste this.)

Dear Badspot,

Quite some time ago you deactivated my key for sharing it, and you said you would grant me a new one if I were to promise to never share it. Even after my promise (which I must admit sounded very unbelievable, but I must push the fact that I indeed promise to never share it) and numerous e-mails, you have yet to respond.
