I was looking through the Pref.cs and i saw this line and was wondering what was it?

It's pretty self-explanatory what it is, but I don't know of anything that uses it.

Starter kit is awesome.
You get a large percent of networking, server, and other stuff with it.

Yeah it was used in starting a server and such, but clients don't see it.
