I personally just think that basically, crashing because you were using your damn phone should void your insurance claims.

I had to watch videos of this type when I was in drivers ed back in the day.

I've been driving for years without any collisions because I don't drive like a moron.

Yes, that's right not only are you going to get in to a crash (if you haven't already) odds are good that you are due for more than one.
