not work edit map

I read many forums here, why not work F10 or F11 also ctrl + m, i did set up -mod editor, then start a game> single player> pick any map to edit. then i tried open map editor not work, what wrong ????  anyone know ? i  have window basic vista.

nice  pic, i did already set up from same other forums, it still not work. my point is.... (((F10 , F11 and ctrl + m))) are not work. aslo i found editor file in blockland file. I not know why it does not work. I have Windows Vista.
