Author Topic: Trouble with Crosshairs  (Read 671 times)

i was experimenting with cross hairs and i had some problems, but i got it back to the original by using MS paint, but now when i play the game, the crosshair is in a white box like in paint. whats wrong and how do i fix it???

MS Paint doesn't support transparency. Here's the original crosshair.

You have to use a program that supports transparency, like Demian said. Try Paint.net or Gimp. To make an area transparent, select it with any of the selection tools and press your delete key. In Paint.net, you will see the transparent area become a white-and-gray checkerboard pattern.

Does this mean that we can edit the default images, and BL will run it just fine?

Yes.
Images aren't important.

You can even replace that big poster in bedroom with research. Only you'll see it unless some dumbass deleted his bedroom.
