Here's the story behind it: You are an officer in an WalrusesASI warship. Suddenly, enemies start coming in on the radar. They are space pirates. The warship you are on is isolated from any other help and is quickly raided. Without hesitating, you get in a drop-pod and prepare to escape into the island-studded water planet below. The pirates see this and take out the rear thrusters of your pod. Luckily you crash land on a small island group. You are the only survivor of the crash.

add 2x(However wide the dock is) planks instead of a solid plate. Leave a 1 brick space between each plank. Replace the 1x1 supports with round bricks. And let them go up higher than the dock by 2. For the planks holding the boats, maybe add 1x1f rounds for rope that hang down.
