If I'm not mistaken, that is an Intergalactic Banking Clan Munificent-Class Star Frigate. Oh by the way, it's almost entirely automated. Grievous' ship, The Invisible Hand (or whatever the hell it was) was much bigger, and functioned partly as a troop carrier. Needless to say, it was not fully autonomous, and was crewed by pilot droids and the occasional meatbag.

I couldn't find any pictures of the CIS's main capital ship like Grievous had, so I had to settle for, yes, the Banking Clan frigate. You could maybe do a Techno-Union ship or a Droid Control Ship. If the frigate was fully automated, there'd be no need for a bridge, would there?
You could also do a Venerator-class star cruiser or an Assualt-class frigate for the Republic.

Techno Union ship- Like the ones on Geonosis at the end of Ep II? Might make for good scenery, but they are literally just cargo containers with a bunch of rockets strapped to them.

Also, I find it incredibly hard to believe that you couldn't find any pics of TIH. Look up CIS starships on wookieepedia(starwars.wikia.com ifyou didn't know) and you'll find it in a flash. Once you sift through all the SW:TCW stuff.
