Custom decals color other sides of the torso: Decal too big?

I made this decal, and when I use it, the top and back faces are the same colors as one of the details that touches the edge. Is the decal too big or what?

Is there more solid color than transparent around the edges? That's usually why. I figured that out and smacked myself in the face.
