As you may have guessed, this map takes place in GSF Paradise, for a good reason. It has a perfect setting and size. Also enough buildings that don't cause much lag. (None really.) So I thought, well why not make Zombie Game?
I will have a server up by the weekend, only to build this, since BCHydro is replacing electricity poles and such. But anyways, what is going to be in this.
Weapons
-Like L4D, start out with stuff, end up with better stuff.
-Mainly single fire and Semi-Auto. Fully Automatic are cheap-ass.
-No OSR, the zombies don't respond to the Scope Shot. (Raycasting. :/ )
How it works
You start out in the center in a yet to be choosen area. (Will have by weekend). This will be a basic completely safe area. No zombies within range. You will proceed down a marked trail. (Boundaries included) to get to several "rest points" down the road. Here you will be able to restock on Ammo, health, and whatnot. Once you get to the end the game is reset, and the winner is awarded 1000 points towards weapon upgrades and that. You will then be teleported to a "store" to spend your points on new weapons.
The points are just the player score. Not some high tech add-on.
I will start downloading a heavy amount of add-ons tomorrow, as well as continuing to build the Mini.
Rules:
-No team kills. I want this to be as real-ish as it can be. Team kills that are purposely made result in a kick.
-No abusing Flare Gun. Doing so will result in a ban.
-Don't attack support Helicopter (Will mention in a bit) This will be a ban.
-Admins may not leave mini, unless given permission. First offence is a warning, after is a demotion for the week.
-Don't trap your team mates, work together. Or suffer a ban.
-Don't abuse weapons you have.
-Somehow cheating points is a ban for a week.
Bonuses:
Support Helicopter;
I will at times be flying around in a AH1-Cobra. Fire your Flare gun to earn air support. But if you fire it when I am not in range, you think I will notice?
Player Turrets;
There will be player turrets, but they will be used at a cost. Every time a projectile is fired, you lose 1 HP. The turret will stop firing when you reach 10HP. But the projectiles are more than just a Gun Bullet...
Towers;
These are tall towers hand-build used to sinpe. They are usually found in areas where smokers are, so use them at own risk.
Jeeps;
A Jeep, what else? use these to travel far distances. But beware, once you hit a Vehicle Boundary, the vehicle will respawn where you found it. and it'll be back to feet.
Horses;
Use these little gaffers to jump to otherwise, unreachable places. Just watch out for Bot Traps.
Bot Traps;
These kill Bots on instant touch. Rare when not in a horse area.
Mines;
Shoot-to-kill. These mines are not Zombie activated. But if you walk over them, make sure to say bye. But wait, if you shoot one of these, they explode, use them to your advantage.
Magic Carpet;
Something I will aslo be driving around.
I will pick up a group, and drop them off in a area not to far ahead. Alert same way as helicopter.
Quarantined Areas;
These are very dangerous areas, but hold a nice reward.
Find "Point Fountains" to add 200 points to your total.
(Cannot use if point total is over 75)
Cannon;
Very Rare. Use these to blast the F*** outta zombies. No cost of usage.
Mini-Game status:
In an beginning stage period. About 6% done.
Private Server Up. All who have been qualified, have the password.
Store Items (As of planned):
-Rocket Launcher; 150pts.
-P90; 1000pts
-Regenerating Personality. (Adds 5HP every 15 seconds); 2500pts
-Health Theif. (Adds 10HP every 15 seconds); 3000pts
-Cheater. (Adds 15HP every 15 seconds); 4000pts
Recruiting:
-Decent builders
-Prefers users whom's ID is under 10000 (Not trying to discrimitnate, but I just did this sort of to ensure they have some building experiance. I know there is many great builders out there who have higher IDs, and they are welcome to apply)
-Anyone 12 or older.
How do I apply?
Just post several photos of a good build of yours, and a short paragraph why you want to help.
Good friends can ignore this.
