You will be fine as long as your brother doesnt get banned, or you may get banned automaticaly for sharing the same IP. Happened to me whenever Koden rage-quitted and I was off the forums for more than a month from it. :/
After contacting Badspot though he eventually fixed the problem.

You could, for instance, pretend to be another person and write in massive support of the original account's views to make other people who disagree look bad.
