Please, you're making a mountain out of a molehill, why would anyone get banned for using your avatar, you don't own it or have any rights over it, if you want to go to the effort of getting Copyright over it and suing every person who uses it, be my guest, but it's you wasting the effort. If saving an image was a bannable offence, then /b/ would quickly run out of posts and die.

Yet, you posted it on the Internet. Even if you weren't aware of the fact that you had opened it up for other people to use. People have saved it and they can do whatever they want with it. They can use it as their picture if they so want to. Plus, you hardly went and put a copyright on it, or legally protected it as yours, so there's nothing you can do. You can't stop people from saving it and you can't stop people from using it.

All in all, you're just being a prat about this. Grow some, and get on with your life. It's hardly like they've gone into your house, stolen your stuff and paraded it around town as theirs. So, just change your avatar and move on, jeez.
