i found a 64x64 plywood texture on google, he it is

I was planning on working on it this weekend. Right now I'm tracking down the textures I used in the old unreleased map, I should have them still.

I've been pretty busy with midterms, which are fortunately out of the way now.

EDIT: I found all the textures, I'm thinking about photographing my house's foundation for a new concrete texture and getting some of my own metal and plywood textures instead of using default ones that come with Blockland and Torque.
Sweet, can't wait.

ooh love the house. Just pure awsomeness.

He probably want something much larger.  Maybe 512x512.  We're in the 21st century.

:D!  So, when's release now?

Well I've got to make some nice terrain for it. Maybe tomorrow?

Stop being impatient.

It's mostly done. I had some issues with lighting but I just kept messing around with angles and rotated my sky so the sun lined up with it and eventually got something good.

The only issue now is that I discovered a magical hole into the side of the interior. Unfortunately I can't open up torque constructor and try and fix it because torque constructor magically decided it can't export the interior anymore (along with every other program) so I'm stuck with what I've got. There's a pretty easy solution around it though, I'm just going to model a box of nails to put over it.

I've going to blame this one on torque constructor, I don't think it's sketchup's fault.

There's a few of texturing issues as well. It's just a couple of 2x4s where the wood grain runs perpendicular to the direction it's supposed to, people probably won't notice. Unfortunately torque constructor is acting up so I can't do anything about it. I did go back and fix them but it doesn't really help when there's no way to export it. When I get this map released (within the next few days if not today) I'm going to reinstall constructor.

My next project won't be an unfinished building so there won't be millions of repeating 2x4s to texture (or break) so hopefully it will be a lot smoother.

EDIT: If someone wants to try exporting this themselves just send me a message.

It's constructors fault I've had that problem before too, what I did to fix it was split the wall/face into smaller faces.

That was a lightmap issue, so the brush was too large. I think wedge is just having troubles with something else.

Somewhere along the way I recall an error with brushes being too large. I can cut them pretty easily but I've got no idea how to tell which ones are too large and I don't want to just randomly start cutting things.

Right now Torque Constructor crashes even if I export the tiny version of the house (which I know is well within the brush size limit) so I've got to fix it.

I think it's the amount of brushes.
EDIT: wait, 500 brushes shouldn't kill it.

Constructor crashes when it's processing the hull polylist.
I can't seem to make sense of the problem as it looks like everything should be fine.
