Author Topic: How to dissasemble a Gamecube?  (Read 2037 times)

Hey, I've got a really old Gamecube, which is worth around $20 at gamestop, which got replaced with a Wii, which got replaced with an xBox 360. Then, I saw that somebody had dissasembled their Gamecube and turned it into a lunchbox. I have the same idea, but not into a lunchbox. Any idea how to disassemble it? The screws look special... Not phillipshead or... the other type of screwdriver. So, I've got my flame suit on, and thanks in advance for suggestions!

1. Hammer
2. Smash
3. Reglue Gamecube shell
4. Lunchbox!

Perfect.

Open it up, rip everything out. :D

Without destroying, I still want the innards in tact...

The parts of a gamecube weren't ment to come out after placing in, were they? Either you sacrifice the gamecube or no lunch box fer you.

You'll need a 5mm line head screwdriver to remove the external screws.

I had to take a hammer to mine.  It was fun.

Just start unscrewing and carefully removing all the components.

Unfold it, its just a cube. duh.
