I found a disscription.txt in ALL of my faces & decals and alot of times a add-on will be disabled due to it has no discription.txt

When theres NOT a discription.txt it disables it self (Or in which the console dose.)

That's only if it's not a Face/Decal.
You need to learn how to make faces better.

Ok, a few things.
1.  It's not "discription" it's description.  I already hinted that, and apparently your spell check doesn't work.
2.  You don't know anything, you don't need one for faces or decals, only for things you enable via add on menu (add-ons and brick prints)
3.  Your decal sucks and it apparently doesn't work and is the wrong size, stop trying to defend it!

Don't forget, it has no Anti-Aliasing/Blur around the edges, so it looks even worse.
