Too bad people didn't take as much interest as they are now as when I first released it, but then again maps with custom skyboxes that aren't widely distributed run into problems.

Also, a reflection build would be sweet, someone go for it (without cheating)

Well, v12 isn't network compatible with v13, so you won't be able to join (m)any servers if you run v12.

But I like my addon setup, and from what I hear, V13 might crash for me, as it did for truce.

Sure, but people using v13 won't be able to join. Also, I think only servers running the latest version show up in the master server list. So, people won't see your server when they go to join one. They'd have to know your IP address every time.
