help please badspot i downloaded v12 a while ago, then i bought it, next i got v13, tried the key and it didnt work!!

What does it say when you enter your key? Are you sure you're entering the key correctly? If you received it via e-mail, copy/paste it into the game.

i mean i entered it on my v12, but can you re-enter it on the v13 or do you have to re-buy it
