No,I mean like ONLY the cannon part like they use mission edditor or something.With the cannon part on the ground.

Place a vehicle spawn brick, and select "cannon" or perhaps it's "Pirate cannon".

Here is what you need to do to use the turret of the tank only:

My belief is you need to be host to do this.

Look at the tank turret and enter /getid into the chat.

Open the console and enter ID.dismount(); replacing ID with the number you received in the first step.

Jump into the turret and away you go.
