Did you ever bother to think hes at a completly diffrent building "level"? Why put him down like that? Damn dude.
Building efficiency has nothing to do with build skill. A build like Mes's would probably take me 20 hours.
Case in point, the house I'm working on right now. I get procrastinated easily and I'm not all that focused of a builder. I've been working on this house pretty steadily over the last week and a half and probably will be working on it the rest of this week. Averaged out over several days, I've probably been working 2 1/2 hours of solid work each day. This puts me at 30 hours completion time, accounting for days I might not have worked or days I barely worked at all.
Of course this could also be a gross overestimate. I really need to time my builds.
