If these supposed "Aliens" have the advanced technology to conquer our world in a millisecond, why don't they just take it?

I actually heard some report about area 51 testing out a flying saucer, but it's hard to believe.
I don't know, the universe is basically endless. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a planet lucky enough to contain life.
