No I say that because it's obvious that you're an extreme christian who embrace everything their mommy and daddy say about god. And that you've been told, "NO love BEFORE MARRIAGE OR YOU'LL GET AIDS AND DIE."

And I don't have an STD you're handicapped, I practice safe love (When ever I can get any.) and I have a stock pile of condoms. Now you're probably going to point and laugh and say, "AWWHAWW HE HAD SECKS B4 MARRIAGE HE GON GOTO HELL!!!!1"

forget you and your morals.

I know i probably wont get aids if i do especially if i use a condom and more people then you think wait till marriage to have love and those people arent all christians. Now stop thinking from your pants and listen to your concious you flaming handicap. You don't automatically go to hell if you have love outside marriage according to the Christian religion. But using christan stuff for commercial advertisment without mentioning God is a sin like the cigarette Jonas brothers and thier promise rings. Stop thinking Christians are retared and think any one who does one bad thing goes to hell. You go to hell for not believeing in Jesus according to Christians. Look into a religion first before making idiotic sterotypical flaming comments.

NO!
Well I suppose either that or hell has frozen over...but that'd also mean god existed. :O

And to be specific, a Jihad literally translates to a struggle, not a holy war.

Read what I said.

I'm not against gay marriage, I'm against a gay couple demanding a marriage in terms of another religion that forbids it.
It's kinda like a boy walking into a girl's bathroom, and telling all the girls to leave or he'll tell the principal.

Um, marriage is an official thing. You shouldn't be stopped from marriage because of religious views. It is illegal to marry gay people in most states, which is definitely not the separation of church and state.

Busy topic. Plus you're a slow typist :P

Legal marriage is an official thing. Correct me if I'm wrong, but a couple needs to go through alot of papers to legally get married. I'm not against this.

You don't need to go to a church to get married.

That's what he just said. Do you even bother to read his reply?

Nope. It's 10 o clock here and I'm danged tired.

What I read in his reply is that there's 'only one form of marriage', and that it shouldn't be what a religious viewpoint says (I agree with this if this is what you meant). I was just clarifying my view before people started flaming GAY HATING CHRISTIANS. Sorry if I misread your replay Inv3rted.

Edit: Man I'm tired. Agree with not religious viewpoint, not with one form (well, one way to be officially married, but many different ceremonies).

my grand parents marriage ended because they waited to have love before marriage. His viewpoint is warped because of some of the loudest Christians who seem to believe that love before marriage = eternal damnation.

About gay marriage: Like I care whether you like the same love or not. We all deserve the same rights, and for the most part, we have them.
However, I would be against a gay couple marching into a church demanding a ceremonial marriage, where if the minister/pasture/whatever refuses, he loses his/her job (first amendment and separation of church and state comes to mind). I'm not saying this has happened, but I have a bad feeling it may in the near future.
Hating gays needs to end, hell, hating anyone needs to end (course it never will but...)

So there's my viewpoints. Flame away, I probably won't be back here in awhile.
With the approval of gay marriage, pastors that want to marry gay couples (and there are certainly churches in America that will do that) can. It's not a matter of "I won't marry yo" Gay man says "then i report you to the religion police and you lose your job." Every pastor has the right to choose who they decide to marry and who they don't, no one's talking about changing that. That particular point is often referred to as a "sound bite" formulated by the Mormons. Avoid saying sound bites as if they are the truth and investigate that point first

being married only has benefits related to court.
- cant be forced to testify against yourself.
marriage "combines" 2 people so to speak" IE; bank accounts and insurance priorities.

so unless you feel the incredible need to share your money with a person, there is no point in marriage. 2 people can be in love and live together and have a full life as normal without any difference of marriage.

marriage is for religious nuts, and idiots that fall into the life cycle scam of society.
all USEFUL purpose is long gone

there is a special feeling to it that living together doesn't, but otherwise, yeah, you're right
