When banned
You have either disrespected the owner of the Discussion Board/Forum or have broken one of his/her rules. Whining about it wont solve it. You must endure the punishment. When your ban is over, think to yourself, "I'll try to do better this time!"

You're just outright stupid. I'm not even going to help you on this one.
