I hate all religon.
Just a tool used to start wars.

addendum:
as long as they arn't pushing their religious beliefs onto you why does it matter what they think

Subconscious denial of reality is bad for civilization. Also, the concept of eternal life devalues our actual lives. Every death was God's plan, and they went to a better place.

while it is, does it really contribute at all to go all "OMG UR GAY!!!!!" when someone is religious but had never mentioned it prior?
i would understand if they started pushing their beliefs on you but it isn't exactly hurting anyone unless their beliefs tell them to hurt others

So I changed my avatar :cookieMonster: You like?

1. Believing there is more to reality is not denial.

2. Eternal life actually causes you to value life more. If my goal is to give as many people I can eternal life, I will want to live as long as possible.

Tell him to eat pig. On a sunday. :O

Or is that the mormons?

Anyways, I trust that you all saw my topic? forget creationism, I <3 Evolution.

I'm not even going to bother finishing this thread.
You're all idiots for seriously arguing here.

Also, anyone who holds the the Old Testament at any value deserves prejudice.

:o

It wouldn't be prejudice if they deserved it, though?

NOOOOOOOOO!

Ignoring evidence to the contrary IS denial.

If every death was not a tragedy, but a part of God's plan, what makes you value life? And if the only reason you're good is to get into heaven, is that even being good? The only way to truly be good is to know you won't be rewarded.
