Even so, Spock at least can be kind and caring. Zone is one of those kids who just doesn't care and won't notice until he is working a meaningless job for people just like him.

And though they both have their share of arrogance, Spock can at least tone it down...on occasion.

In all, I love them both, but they are fairly similar.  Truthfully, in a few years I see Spock becoming a Zoneark and it isn't hard to imagine Zoneark was once a Spock. Maybe they are a match made in Heaven and they should get married!...then again, that may be like the atomic bomb. Good in theory, but millions will suffer.
