You guys should do a  Branch Battle or something.

Basically have each of the branches hold competitions for their respective types, and then the winner of that competition is the branch leader (ie: event-off for Eventing, build-off for Building, etc.).  You then have the branch leaders compete, and whoever has the best entry for their branch wins the tournament. 
You decide the prize.

Only problem is that RMS would be alone, so you might want to wait for more members.
