You could have it where the admin branch gets half a say in decisions and the branches add up for another 50%

That is, with the current standings, each admin gets 16²/₃% and each branch leader has 12½%, and as long as one of the branch leaders (me) always side with the admins, it does not matter how the other branches vote.



That or make it where the admin branch determines 60% of decisions so that branch votes make absolutely no difference either way

Just because you like some eventer we aren't going to let you decide, we aren't going to vote on this, even if we did and you gave a thumbs up to someone it wouldn't count when we gave them the thumbs down.
