Yeah, my clan failed after a day from an unispirational Talk from IcyGamma.

I feel horrible.I had always been planning to start a clan. I thought it would be easy. you make a nice looking build, put up a clan topic, post some stuff about you're individuality and creativeness, and wait for people to say "Looks good." Of course, i never realized half of those people take you're clan for granted. They just say some stuff like "I'd app if I could get my lazy ass to make something". Yeah right. All you're saying is 'I'm trying to motivate you, but i know this clan will crash and burn, so I'll make up an excuse to make you feel adequate." Ugh. I rushed it, that's my problem. Months of planning, dreaming, and in the end, I rushed it. That was my biggest flaw. icy pointed out "It just seems like another clan on the shelf". He's right. There's no individuality, no flexibility, no imagination. All it is is a bunch of black text, a rushed Impact font photo with a stuffload of effects, and one person in your clan. After the App lazy thing, you feel motivated, until you have an epiphany that it won't work out. How i knew/ I was at my server alone for an hour. I went to a server i had no admin on, or any sort of power, and had more fun then being able to teleport anywhere and destroy anyone's bricks. and Icy's talk was the icebreaker.
Well, i guess I'll go back to KC and pray it doesn't die. Though, I doubt that'll happen.
