Well, that depends on how many Energy Tanks she has.
1 Energy Tank = 100 more HP
And by the end of Metroid Prime, she has about 11 Energy Tanks.

I have 3755 hp and a minigun that does 118 per shot.
Not to mention four different types of shields: Melee damage reflection and total invulnerability at the cost of being able to shoot back, and range invulnerability and splash invulnerability where I can. Also I have a jetpack.

Immunity to AOE for 10 seconds, immunity to Range for 10 seconds, and immunity to everything for 10 seconds in which I can heal myself.
To be fair, samus would probably beat up on the other 3 classes, especially robotics and recon.


Also while we're already comparing 2 fictional universes, lets compare the Federation from Star Trek to the Empire from Star Wars. I say the Empire because they have fighters, and lots of them.

My char would be a mini-boss in metroid, Samus would be a grunt in GA, healthwise. Wepon wise she'd be a Mini-boss
