Zaie is Banned Thanks to Kellan

I don't think Zaie should be banned just because Kellan decided to leave.  Zaie didn't do anything wrong.  You can leave Kellan on the ban list but an IP ban may not be the best thing in this case.  It would be just like Ladios being banned because of Koden.  But seriously, unban Zaie.

Kellan left and got Zaie caught in the IP ban's splash damage.  They are brothers.
