I need some bluetooth software, that's not bluesoleil, free, and not windows built in. What do you recommend?

Software, not hardware. Software is the intangible data stored on hard drives and such, like Windows, your favorite videogame, etc. Hardware is your computer tower and all of the components inside. Just sayin'.

On a related note, I'm not too familiar with bluetooth, sorry :/

Well I'm sure that there is some kind of software out there that can be downloaded but that's illegal. Are you planning to use it for a phone, PC or what exactly are you planning to do with this software?

Maybe he's doing something like connecting a wii controller. The built in windows software wouldn't reconnect if you came back another time with the controller. I just put up with it and kept removing the it from the devices list to reconnect.
