No, there are many creative ways utilizing both players to get to the next area.

It's pretty complex. The room is filled with platforms of different colors. On the wall is a few different colored targets. When shot with a bow, the coresponding platforms appear and the rest dissapear. When a player jumps on the platform, it emits beeps. The trick is figuring out how to coordinate the switch between platforms at the right moment. It's kinda complicated to explain.
