So you basically want OTHER people to work on a project you want to see built? or did you just post this because you have a brillant idea and want help o.o

Also if I remember the gallery is for builds, I see no pics,save downloads or anything of the nature. Next time look over all the sections and pay close attention to COMMUNITY PROJECTS.
