Its Legal. Youtube posted a program that could download videos. All you need to do it rip it from the video using legal programs like Ogg Converter or Audacity

And, ripping something using a legal program is loving illegal. You're a complete idiot. The only reason people on the game don't get arrested is because of some law stuff relating to the fact that it's user-created and not actually pre-included with the game, therefore neither of them can get arrested.
