Very. I'm pretty sure Noir got in the Troll's session way after he killed Rose and John(who came back to life due to not having a just or heroic death). The Scratch would have happened after Rose's death because that's just when John would have obtained needlekind strife specibus as well as the Echidna's Quill from the rabbit(who still needed another green(enlarging) eye because WV ate his eye).
