Cortex Command is a pixel game and has LUA.
I'm also sure that all of those things things can be done in BL.
Some of them with events, maybe.

Yeah, this is what I try to do with my add-ons; make them function differently than a default addon through scripts and stuff. I mean, there are some weapons that don't do anything special, but are still neat, like the mini-nuke.

I think the point he is trying to make is that it isn't taking somehing that has been done before and simply changing some values.
