i take a next grade up course and score 75's+, so i pretty much suck.

Find a 7-digit number N satisfying these conditions:
a. N is a multiple of 7
b. five of N's digits are 3's and the other two are 4 and 6
c. The first digit is a 4.

What is the smallest for which 1+1/2+1/3+1/4...1/n > 3?

Let's see what I can do here...

(x - x)x = x² - x²

x² - x² = (x - x)(x + x)

This also means that:

(x - x)x = (x - x)(x + x)

Dividing by x - x gives:

x = x + x

Dividing by x gives:

1 = 2
