Considering the alien is immune to all of our diseases, sure. More than likely an alien would most likely die shortly after it's left it's ship because the diseases we humans cure are still around, we are just immune to it.

There is no bacteria on Mars. Also, the UFO phenomenon is a load of stuff. It's likely there are sentient and sapient life forms out there, but we have no made contact yet. This much I am sure of.
