All servers ??? (dead) Badspot READ

Hello, I've posted this problem a few times and have gotten no good answers or solutions to it. The only reason I had stopped questioning it was because I still had access to joining servers by doing certain things. Those things are to log off my user (Windows account), and then log back on. As soon as the screen opens I have to double click Blockland, and once that opens up as fast as I possibly can I must click join server. <That is, I mean was the only way i could play online. But suddenly now, even that doesn't work and I blame the new update because that's the most recent thing I have done since last joining a server.

Oh by the way, I should have added this earlier, but when ever I attempt to join servers without going through ^ that process all server pings will be ??? and all dead.
Please find a solution to this because this is my only computer and my only way to play and if its not resolved my 20 bucks would have been for nothing.

Have you tried to redownload Blockland and see if it works then?

Yeah that didn't come out the way I wanted, what I men't was I don't see
anywhere that my firewall is blocking server pings and there's no way I'm going to
turn off my firewall everytime I want to join, my parents would kill me if
something happened while it was down... Look I know I'm no genius when
it comes to this stuff so instead of laughing at my stupidity it would help
if you guys could provide me with reliable solutions thank you

Well, once my dad was running something over the server that was slowing the connection down.
Every server LOOKED dead, but was not, they were just laggier than Badspot's!

Try shutting down unneeded programs, and processes(CtrlAltDel - Second tab (CAREFUL WITH THIS))

You're using windows XP right?  Ok, here's how to stop the Firewall.  First press start.  Go to the control panel.  Then click 'Security Settings'.  You will see a window with green bars across it.  Look at the bottom of the window and you should see 'Manage security settings for:'.  Click the Windows Firewall button underneath that.  At the top of the new window, click the 'Exceptions' tab.  Add Blockland to the list using the 'Add progam' button.  Make sure 'Blockland' is checked, and click 'Ok'.  You're done!
