copy the link for forums usage, and just paste here

Also, there is an attachment system, just click "Additional Options" right below the text box, and attach the file you want uploaded. The picture has to be saved though.

And if it's a picture you found on the web, just right-click and copy image url, in Google Chrome, then paste that between [img] tags.

So far its worked for firefox, also, so if you have Internet Explorer give it a try, it'll be interesting to see the result.

Anyways, I think you have an abundance of ways to make a picture. Test a small one, just to be sure you got it right.
