I googled it and I got a suggestion of Northrop Grumman, turns out its a global security firm which makes reconnaissance aircraft, so it is not actually a part of any government.

That part made me lol so hard. He means, "Northprop Grumman", they make planes and stuff. But mostly stuff. If someone makes a picture for that, I will love them forever.
