Best way to stream my screen

No i am not planning to have a stream thread  here for all of you to be bored over. its for other use lol
so many sites and apps and the combination's used on them. what are the best?

im looking for:
   high quality
   less lag on my end
   dont even need to be free
   if possible, not involve some stuffty cam social-site to be used.

there must be some really nice ways to do this so as to not be like all the other 12 year olds.
that's for people that are unwilling to spend money. im looking for real quality

Yes, you set the source as your desktop picture and can have it view a select part of your screen, the whole screen or your mouse cursor.

I don't know any good streaming sites that don't suck.
