agree, thats why i stuff myself when i found out about these

unless you really need to get a mac for editing and stuff get a PC. Don't want to start a war but they ARE cheaper.

i would prefer a pc, but ill take whatever, just as long as i have my own computer

Suggest building a computer to him, it could have an even LARGER screen!(!!!!!)  I'm going to get a 24" or so monitor sometime.

Until you consider that the entire battlestar galactica takes up 28gigs, 30 for farscape, a whopping 70 for the Xfiles and voyager. while things like "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" may be short, the double audio version that i have takes up 3.6 gigs

It adds up fast.

40 GB hard drive, Intel Pentium M 1.5 GHz, 2 GB of RAM, ATi Mobility Radeon 7500...
But, it does what I need it to do. (It's from 2003.)
