Lower ID = Better Builder?

It is not an assumption, most lower ID players I see are good builders.

I'd say it applies to an extent. ID's higher than 16,000, stay away from them, they will get on your nerves. ID's lower than 3,000, befriend them, for the probably know more than you. My ID is 9740, but I feel like a rank more in the 7,000's.

I have an ID of 5357 and I have seen lots of builders who have higher IDs and better skills
