Is there a way to take the RAM from an external hard drive and put it in computers?

Whenever I change the volume, it makes the beeping sound that it makes when you hold too many keys down at once. Not the usual, ding, sound. What happened?
Is it coming from your PC (motherboard) or out of your speakers?

This happened to me once. I'm not really sure, but I think it fixed after reinstalling the sound drivers, disconnecting/reconnecting the speakers, and rebooting  the computer.

do you get like an error or something

An external hard drive, if it has any RAM would probably have like at most 16MB of its own cache of memory.

So I cant transfer a 1TB ram external hard drive to a 1TB internal hard drive? :(

External hard drives have storage space. They don't have RAM and it's not even possible to have 1TB of RAM.

If you mean "can I take my 1TB hard drive and put it in my computer and hook it up inside" then yes. But you'll obviously void the warranty.

Depends on the size of the drive inside.  If its a standard 3.5" drive then yeah.

How big is a TB hard drive? I mean the size of it? I dont have much room on my desk.

About this big. That picture was taken in AMD's research lab last month.

Bullstuff, I saw one in a local computer store that was about as big as an external floppy drive, maybe a bit bigger.
Unless that was just sarcasm/a joke. :/

At first I only read this.  I was confused.
