I was once banned for giving my honest thoughts about RTB3 (since when were opinions illegal) and it took about 1-2 weeks before I was unbanned.

it allows the US citizens the rights to speak against their government and other long winded details.
because at that time, no governments allowed that, and that was one of the points of that war.

Actually the First Amendment and its counterparts in other nations do not apply to privately owned areas. Simple as that. If you want to speak your mind, the owner of the property you are doing it on / in has the right to stop you.

America has been forgeted up a lot by its leadership in the last few decades. The post war boom was used as an example of the "success" of conservative policy, when all that was really happening was less and less control of the market and more freedom for corporations with their own agendas and self interests. Land of the free? Have fun being elected to a nation where the church and state are supposed to be separated when you can't even get elected to major public office as a non Christian. America is exceedingly ignorant, and unfortunately that's just what many of our elected leaders wanted.
