I doubt Badspot would/be able to sell it

think about it:

if you where a company and you wanted to make money at theres 16000 people playing blockland.

you being the company could put 4 ads for other things every time you join the forums or play blockland.

over time you make money

Badspots the best and he would never sell it. He would never be so harsh. What if roblox bought it? CHAOS!! All words are censored, little kids, RECTANGLES, i just scared myself there...

if we ever reach 200k users, i wouldn't second guess badspot would make a BL2

but i kinda always felt that blockland seemed like a "foot in the door" kind of project.
hes showed himself as a competent and successful game designer. and with a retail game in his portfolio.
its his tool to get him into other gaming projects elsewhere in the future.

So true.
Lol, Eric Hartman's variation on WoW. :D

Outcome 1:Badspot gets so fed up with having to remove features to keep people from exploiting the game that he just takes down the master server, stops moderating to forums and leaves everyone to dwell in single player.
Not Single player thats worse then the gas chamber...

ya i agree he could get a job with a good number of game makers.

That would cause in game advertising bullstuff and some pay for blocks stuff or something like that. (Referring to blockland cash cards[Like maplestory nexon cards])

Outcome 2: Blockland gets super loving popular and soon most of the "general" internet community finds out about it and the community is now made up of idiots and little kids that come in droves everyday and Badspot kills the master server.
Ya, I'm sure Badspot hates money.

Yeah, badspot gets stuffloads of money, so he shuts down the master server.  Nice logic!

I think it will be on for a while, probobly will hit 50K's-60K's, if Badspot sells to Steam, i expect every day another 1000 ID's XD Theirs tons of spoiled children on Steam, and so it should get a bunh more of them, but still. More people to torture  :cookieMonster:

Eric Hartman =/= Howard Roark.

One day my logic will be excepted all the way around the globe!

You'll see! I'll show all of you!
Of course now that I reread that it doesn't make too much sense...

This is a source of income for Badspot, he'd be dumb to stop selling it or whatever.

Blockland will survive as long as it's profitable.

Blockland should be on Steam. It'd gain much more popularity.
