Admin Chat

Does what it says on the tin. A simple admin chat /cmd to send a message to all Admins and Super Admins on the server.

Usage:

Type /ac [msg] to send an Admin Chat message.

Further Development:

Please tell me how this could be improved and I will be happy to try. Though I have had this tested by some other people, please report any bugs and glitches.

It should be possible to allow a key bind to admin chat. If so then that would make it a lot more attractive.
