And, yes, its Cave Story, i was bored and did this on Kakashi's server.

After that Kash popped my bubble by making an epic Toroko...
 
I made it with Yuki's colorset.

Yeah Spock, CS is coming out for WiiWare with improved graphics and music.
Sprites right now are 8-bit I want to say. Wii's will be 16-bit, allowing for more detail.

Pixel "art" that is just a direct rip from in-game sprites is never difficult and not at all praise worthy. You're just copying an image pixel for pixel.

That looks pretty cool, but Quote looks weird with the hair more see-able and he also has a see-able mouth :o

Somewhat yes, but it can be hard getting it perfect. I thought the Frostmourne  pixel art topic was pretty cool.
