I've finally decided to allow people to search the RTB ID List. You can access it from this link at the moment:

http://forum.returntoblockland.com/list.php

Originally it was the whole issue of privacy holding me back from making it public, but given that nobody's complained about other attempts at ID lists I figure it's actually not that much of an issue. It's quite a help when you're trying to identify users being douchebags under different names.

RTB also records the history of names used for each ID too, so you can check out all the names people have been using previously. For example, search for ID 14008 - 199 different names!

Shouldn't kompressor be on there too? He's ID 1.

I don't think anyone can claim ownership of the concept of a list.

RTB has had a list of IDs since it began due to the nature of how it works. Each RTB server posts its player list to RTB which RTB has to store (to display on the server information pages) so each server is contributing to this list constantly.

You have no idea of how long I wanted this. Makes it easier to see when someone have changed its name without remember the ID.

When you try searching for a name, it's saying you put in "Resource id #35" and cannot find it.

Fixed, that only happened if you searched for a name that couldn't be found.

What the, when I searched my id:6159, I got only three names. I had Thoran before...

RTB didn't start collecting name history until quite recently so really old names won't be there.

Oh, ok. What would happen if you changed your name, then somebody else takes it, then if a person searches it, would he get two results?. Example:

Canasore changed name to Crackbone.
Somebody else steals Crackbone.
I search the name and would I get two results?
