how do i make my avatar animated? i tried a gif (which was animated) but its not moving... any suggestions?

But first you have to upload the image, or in this case, .gif, to an image hosting site. I use Tinypic because... well... I use it.
Find the part where it says "forum code" after uploading, and simply cut & paste.
